BioNike Customer Service is at your disposal. If you have any questions or problems, we will give you all the assistance and support you need. For any needs you can fill out the form below. We will respond to you during the following hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Have you received your order and wish to return one or more products?
Please specify the following information:
  • Name and quantity of the products to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Order number
Remember that you can request a return no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. As soon as we receive your request, all you have to do is waiting for an email from us telling you how to proceed.
Carefully place the products in their original packaging or in a carton in your possession, making sure it is suitable for transport.

​Once the goods have been received at the warehouse and the integrity of the products checked, we will immediately make the refund in the same way as you purchased.
